Happy Wednesday everyone! I hope this post finds you well & I most certainly hope those New Years goals are going great for you all!
My legs are SO sore today because I’ve started a 21 day workout plan through Lindsay Riding. She has so many meal plans & workouts on her webpage you can purchase. As promised earlier this week I wanted to show you shoes & accessories to help working out be easier for you. I feel like the right clothing & accessories really get the most out of your workout. I chose four pairs of sneakers for you- two for running & two for walking/easy workouts. You can check them out below:
I own #2 in the running category & I am very pleased with them. My feet never hurt & I forget I am even wearing shoes when I run with them on. They run true to size.
I also wanted to share some tried & true running/workout accessories that have worked well for me.
Tech Case: Here | I put my iPhone 7+ in this & I use my wireless Beats By Dre Headphones to listen to music while I run. It was the best invenstment because this way if I ever choose to run or workout without the running belt (above) my phone can stay on my arm versus holding it in my hand. The band is fully adjustable.
Belt: Here | My parents got this for me for Christmas & I am so excited to try it out! I love having water on me for long runs & I love how you can store your key inside the zip pouch. That helps when I drive somewhere & get out & run. I used to shove my key in my sports bra & let’s get real that’s very uncomfortable! Now I can just zip them & go.
Headband: Here | I only wear this headband when I workout & run. It is thicker and tight so it sticks to my head through the toughest workouts. You don’t ever have to worry about it sliding back. I plan on getting a couple more colors.
Socks: Here | I know seeing socks may seem strange but I promise you it makes a world of difference! They will keep your feet dry & ventilated while working out. Nobody wants sweaty/stinky feet (; You can also find socks to workout in at Target!
